Sophie Villeneuve is a pelvic health physiotherapist and online coach specialized in prenatal and postpartum care with more than 10 years of experience. Sophie is the creator of the Beyond Birthing Signature Program where she helps pregnant parents from all over the world prepare their pelvic floor for a smooth birth and postpartum recovery. Lastly, she also provides free pelvic health education and tips for expecting parents on her Beyond Birthing Youtube channel.
