I am so glad we have Sophie here in Whitehorse. She is an excellent professional. After baby's delivery, she helped me to understand my body. Now I know which exercises are good for me, and I didn't have any pelvic floor issues. Also I love how committed she is in the community! I can just say THANK YOU! I highly recommend her!
