Four months postpartum, I’ve reintroduced all the activities I was doing before — skiing, mountain biking, hiking, running. The program gave me the tools to cope with whatever situation I found myself in, even when things didn’t go exactly how I wanted. And postpartum, having those guardrails — week one here’s what you can do, week two here’s what you can do — instead of just trying to navigate the world of information online. I think I might have gone too hard or tried to do things too quickly without it.
