I spent about the same amount on your courses as I did on pelvic physios after my first daughter was born. In-person appointments — there was only so much I could absorb each time. I get way more knowledge from your course. You can’t even compare. I never pictured myself as being this confident postpartum in my own body. That has made a world of difference.
